What type of fasting do we offer?

​There are several forms of fasting: water (only water), intermittent fasting, or dry fasting.

At Pur Azur, we have chosen the Buchinger fast, a recognized, supervised, and gentle method, reserved for people in good health.

This protocol combines herbal teas, vegetable broths, fresh fruit juices and water over a period of 4 to 6 days. It allows for a gradual introduction to fasting, limiting the effects of the "curative crisis" while maximizing the benefits.

Before your stay, we will assist you with the food delivery: essential preparation for enjoying this experience in the best possible conditions.

After the fast, we also guide you through a gradual return to eating, to prolong its positive effects over the long term.
