What type of fasting do we offer?
There are several forms of fasting: water (only water), intermittent, or dry.
At Pur Azur, we have chosen Buchinger fasting, a recognized, supervised, and gentle method reserved for people in good health.
This protocol combines herbal teas, vegetable broths, fresh fruit juices and water for a period of 4 to 6 days. It allows for a gradual introduction to fasting, limiting the effects of the "curative crisis" while maximizing the benefits.
Before your stay, we will guide you through the dietary reduction process: essential preparation for enjoying this experience in the best possible conditions.
After the fast, we also guide you through a gradual return to eating, in order to prolong its positive effects over the long term.


A Typical Day

8h | Some vitamins
Every morning, a fresh organic fruit and vegetable juice. Made from green vegetables, our juices are rich in chlorophyll, which helps purify the blood, strengthen red blood cells, detoxify, and quickly provide the body with energy.

9h | Body awakening
It's a form of gymnastics composed of fluid movements, stretches, postures, and breathing exercises. The goal is to stimulate circulation, aid in the elimination of toxins, and harmonize body and mind.*

10h | Hikes
Walking is the best medicine for man » – Hippocrates.Every day, we explore the trails of a preserved and vibrant region, between the sea and the hills.
A unique sensory immersion, where each hike becomes a living exploration of nature.

14h | Rest
The afternoon is a free time, ideal for rest, meditation, or creativity.
Everyone can choose to stay quiet in their room, relax in the garden, or prepare a reading or sharing session for the evening workshop.
Massages as an option.

18h| Thematic workshop
A moment of sharing and inspiration over vegetable broth. Discussions, mini-conferences, and participatory workshops.
