Pur Azur promotes the practice of fasting that respects the body and mind, reserved for to healthy adults.
This is a center approved by the Francophone Federation of Fasting and Hiking (FFJR). The Federation brings together around 130 committed professionals under a single label: we joined in 2022, thus committing to respecting its charter and code of ethics.
Pur Azur strives to transmit to her clients what she has received and which makes the strength of the FFJR network: complete and rigorous training of her guides, on all theoretical and practical aspects relating to the practice of fasting, hiking and the supervision of stays. Our continuing education is provided by the Académie Médicale du Jeûne, which gives us access to the latest studies and an understanding of research topics related to fasting.
We identify with this collective, which upholds the values of openness, mutual support, and sharing experiences.

The Link to the Living
When fasting, our body better perceives what connects it to the rest of life: our senses are awakened, sharpened by this digestive and mental pause that mutes the noise of the world. So that everyone perceives how fragile this balance of nature is and how much humans depend on it. Let us try to maintain our capacity for wonder. The Passion of Humanity
By choosing this profession, what drives us is both our desire to share best practices and to take care of people in all their dimensions. A happy and fulfilling life requires listening to your body, your emotions, and respecting yourself. Choosing to fast makes this transformation possible, the first step of which may be to eat differently. Our cells, and therefore our entire body, will be impacted. Witnessing this awakening is a gift and one of the reasons we exist.
