General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Pur Azur Stays

 

We reserve the right to adapt or modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

In this case, the modifications will apply to all registrations made at from the publication of the amended T&Cs on our website www.pur-azur.com

 

Scope of application of the T&Cs

Registration for A Pur Azur stay implies the participant's full and unconditional acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

Conclusion of the contract

The reservation of a stay is taken into account upon receipt of the duly completed and signed registration form, accompanied by of the deposit.

The reservation will be confirmed when the participant receives the confirmation email from Pur Azur.

The participant declares that they have taken out an insurance policy covering their personal liability.

 

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation:

60 days or more before departure: a lump sum of €40 will be retained for administration fees.
From 30 to 60 days: €300 will be retained. , equivalent to the deposit paid.

Less than 1 month: 100% of the stay price will be retained.

Any stay started is due in full.

Pur Azur reserves the right to cancel any stay and will then fully refund the participant.

Pur Azur reserves the right to exclude, at Any participant who fails to comply with the basic rules of community living will be liable, at their own expense.

 

Rates, Payments

The participant can pay the deposit by bank transfer or check. The balance of the stay is to be paid on site by check, bank transfer, or cash upon arrival.

Pur Azur reserves the right to modify its rates at any time but undertakes to Please apply the rates in effect at the time of registration.

Rates are given in euros and are exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
